We worked our magic to reimagine Piquant Posts’ place in the world and develop a website just as delicious as the subscription box. We put bold colours, an international flavour, and a sharp design that made it easy to browse and shop subscriptions. We built our custom recipe app that allowed complete control of the entire blog in the same place as his customers and order. Also, we built a custom scheduling app that synced our gift database to alert MailChimp, anytime to send the gift email”.

For Payge, her accomplishments with the brand are something she cherishes a lot because it has allowed her to work with businesses that she respects a lot, and it gives room for more improvements.

“There have been so many achievements. However, for me, the biggest accomplishment that we have achieved was going through our rebrand. We successfully changed our entire space, all visual elements associated with Wink, and all print + digital collateral. The rebrand, in full, took about 9 months of hard work but seeing the result, a brand we resonate with is an unparalleled feeling,” Payge Kerman says.

WINK DIGITAL’S CREATIVE PROCESS

Payge and her team go through specific detailed and creative processes to achieve satisfied clients. The first stage involves planning; this usually involves gathering all assets and materials that the clients want to utilize on the website. Assets include the images, branding questionnaires, or any extra text and copy information.

After this, the design phase commences. Here, the team will discuss and confirm the layout and design through a wireframing process, then move onto the website design. First, a mock-up will be created, which will then have a live preview. There will be two refinement sets at the end of this phase to ensure everything looks perfect before moving onto development. The final stage is development. At this point, the website will be developed according to the design outlined in phase two.
