Sony’s next PC game could be Ratchet & Clank

As Reddit user Veloxz pointed out, Sony-owned studio Nixxes Software is looking for a user interface programmer. A plus for the potential employee will be experience in using the Coherent software from Coherent Labs.

This software is used by Insomniac Games, the creators of “Spider-Man” and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. The Spidey games have already been released on PC, so it’s likely that the PS5 exclusive will be the next Nixxes Software port.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart was released on June 11, 2021 exclusively for the PlayStation 5. The project was very highly praised by critics and players for the highest level of graphics and the use of the DualSense gamepad. The minuses mentioned were a simple plot and outdated gameplay.

Nintendo: The high price of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is worth it

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom sells for $70. This is the first Nintendo game at this price. For many players, the price seems excessive, but Doug Bowser, president of Nintendo of America, is of the opposite opinion.

According to Bowser, for its price, the game will give players a unique experience that is sure to excite players, so the $70 price tag is justified.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will continue the events of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The game will be released on May 12 only for the Nintendo Switch, which will be Nintendo’s first major game of the year.

A new version of CS:GO on Source 2 will be released “literally any day now” – dataminer

Renowned dataminer Maxim GabeFollower Poletaev reported that Valve has added a mention of the Source 2 engine to the pre-release version of its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive shooter.

This usually happens a day or two before the update, so Poletaev believes that very soon the developers will present a new version of CS:GO.

The comments also reminded that usually Valve releases updates for CS:GO on Wednesdays and Thursdays, which coincides with GabeFollower’s assumptions.

Earlier, the new version of Counter-Strike was reported by journalist Richard Lewis. According to him, Valve is working on a global update, after which the game may even be renamed Counter-Strike 2, and the update will be available by early April.
