Styles, who launched his gender-neutral beauty brand Pleasing in November 2021, recently celebrated the launch of three new scents in London. This move adds another dimension to his ever-growing portfolio, which includes acclaimed albums like “Fine Line” and a role in Christopher Nolan’s war thriller, Dunkirk.
A Diverse Range of Scents
The newly launched perfume trio, consisting of “Bright, Hot,” “Closeness,” and “Rivulets,” offers a variety of aromas, including notes of white linen, tobacco, and cashmere wood. These fragrances, created in collaboration with renowned perfumer Jérôme Epinette, are now available on the Pleasing website, starting from November 16. Epinette, known for his work on “Sundazed and Slow Dance” by Byredo and Off White’s “Solution No. 2” and “No. 4,” brings a wealth of experience to Styles’ fragrance line.
An Extension of His Brand
Styles first made a mark in the beauty industry with Pleasing, starting with a collection of four nail polishes, a dual rollerball lip and eye serum, and a facial serum, with prices ranging between $20 and $75. The initial launch was met with significant interest, as the first drop sold out immediately. The introduction of fragrances and upcoming knit sweaters, including a knit swan sweater set to release on December 1, signifies the expansion of Styles’ brand beyond beauty products into a more comprehensive lifestyle collection.
