How do you ward off stress and burnout as an entrepreneur?

Well, stress and burnout are two entirely different things. Stress is your body’s way of responding to any demand or threat. In contrast, burnout is a feeling of mental and physical exhaustion caused by overexposure to stress.

Stress and burnout occur in our everyday life. Whenever I experience a stressful situation, I focus on the source of stress. Once I identify this, I create plans that will help me fix the problem.

I also take breaks and participate in activities that help take my mind off work or anything that causes stress.

What Advice Can You Give To Individuals Striving To Achieve Success?

The road to success is full of many obstacles. Most people portray it to be a smooth journey without much stress. All I can say concerning this is that it’s easier said than done. To achieve success, you will need to acquire certain habits and principles.

The first one is determination; Determination means having a firm resolution, i.e., not giving up on your goals, no matter how tough it gets.

The second thing you should do is to find a mentor. A mentor is someone who counsels a less skilled person by building trust and modeling optimistic behaviors. Once you find a mentor, learn how they became successful and emulate it.

Lastly, you should realize the importance of networking and use it to build relationships that last a lifetime.
