Growing His Company to Millions

Mark has over 20 years of experience in real estate investing, consisting of acquisitions, property management, urban development, and financing. Among the many achievements he has under his belt, one of his most notable ones is the establishment of Bridge South Investments, LLC, where Mark is both founder and president. 

BSI lends to real estate investors located in the southeastern states of Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and the Carolinas. In 2019, BSI funded $1.43 million in loans. During the following year, Mark propelled the company to achieve a 116 percent increase, funding $3.1 million in loans. 

Last year, the company achieved a new record with $4.6 million in loan volume. 

Mark hopes his business provides investors with the funds they need to help them succeed in their careers and build wealth in the meantime. He is also writing a book to guide others on how to get started in real estate investing. 

“I have been an active real estate investor for 20 years, so I understand that side of the business. I have borrowers that ask me for advice when dealing with issues in the transaction, negotiating, and construction,” he said. 

Expanding His Reach 

As Mark continues to be a well-known name in the real estate industry, he plans to fund larger deals in the commercial real estate space.

However, as an investor, Mark knows that there’s much to gain from tapping into other industries. And being the innovative person that he is, he has his eyes already set on several fields such as screenplays or sports and outdoor-related businesses.
