King Nikeh grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, but was born in Sierra Leone, West Africa. He was raised by a single mother, and seeing her struggle inspired him to pursue his dreams. He knows that he never wants to be in that position again after working hard every day. King Nikeh has always liked music, but he just started making it when he was seven years old. He got into music by making up different verses with his best friend, and they eventually fell in love with music production, and the rest is history. The death of his best friend, Luc TRE KOAST, was the most difficult obstacle he had to overcome. They started jamming together. On January 27th, King Nikeh released a new song called “I CAN DO IT,” as well as a new single with Nigerian sensation TEKNO MILES. “I Can Do It,” his new song, is about thinking that if you can do it, someone else can do it even better. All you have to do now is hope and believe. He will be returning to his native Sierra Leone to shoot a music video for “Africa,” a song he penned for his people. The song is about unity and prosperity, which his people require because when they work together, there is no limit to what they can accomplish.
