1. Tell us about your upcoming single.

My upcoming single “Unspoken” is the first of three upcoming singles from my upcoming album! It’s about finding the truth of a person’s feelings in the silence between words.

2. What drew you to that song?

I am a hopeless romantic through and through, so I definitely feel things deeply!! But all jokes aside, I really enjoy writing about the intersection between love and loss.

3. Where did you find inspiration for your music?

I gain a lot of inspiration from artists I love. Duncan Sheik and his style and lyrics have really inspired me.

4.How do you prepare for live performances?

I prepare by doing a vocal warmup from my vocal coach Liz Caplan. Then I get in the headspace of the character my album is following, which is a ghost. Then I take the stage!!

5. What do you love about performing live?

I love connecting with people. Seeing people in the audience and watching them have an emotional journey is my favorite thing.

6. What do you hope people will take away after listening to your music?

I hope people will be able to shift their view on melancholy. I truly feel like if you can find the beauty in the sadness, you can find something inspirational and beautiful.

7. What other projects do you have coming up?

Well, I’m still recording Memento Mori, my album, and that’s almost done! I’m also going to be working on some new projects in Italy!
